A-REIT posts 13.2% drop in Q4 net income

Ascendas Real Estate Investment Trust posted a 13.2 per cent drop in net income in its 4th quarter compared to the previous quarter -- this comes as the business and industrial REIT saw borrowing costs and non-property expenses jump 31.9 per cent and 97.5 per cent respectively.
