CommonWealth says Corvex/Related have not given fully financed offer CommonWealth REIT said today in a regulatory filing, "In their public filings with the SEC before the Company completed its equity offering on March 5, 2013, Corvex/Related estimated that the net asset value of the Company was between $40 to $55 per Common Share.
