On the Market: Tenth Floor of Tribeca's One York Hits Market for $22 Million

After selling off its entire 11th floor last year for $19.5 million, Enrique Norten-designed One York has apparently decided that full-floor units are the way to go and is now offering the entire 10th floor for $22 million .
